Roll a toilet roll, and then use it to retrieve something

Mastertask notes:

In this version of the task, the second part involves the contestants retrieving a glass of water which has been placed on their toilet paper, rather that one of their own shoes. This actually makes the task more fair (as they are all retrieving something of an equal weight and form) as well as more dangerous (any water spilled will make it easier for the paper to tear).

Task briefs

The briefs for the task are as follows:

While remaining behind the first line, roll your toilet paper roll past the second line.

If your roll does not pass the second line, or falls off of the platform, you are eliminated.

Retrieve your glass of water.

You cannot cross the line in front of you.

If your glass falls, or if the paper tears, you are eliminated.

The fastest wins.

There will be only one winner, who will receive 5 points.

Task notes

The contestants are lined up side-by-side on stage, standing behind a low platform with two lines marked across it.
Each of them has been provided with a toilet roll in a different colour.
