The brief for the task is as follows:
Finish with the most bananas in your box.
You need to start by looking in your box and saying how many bananas are in your box.
You don’t have to tell the truth.
After that, all contestants are allowed to choose whether they want to keep their box or swap it.
Whoever has the box with the most bananas after two rounds wins.
Task notes
- The contestants are standing side-by-side on stage, in the order of how many points they’ve accumulated so far in the series (most to least, from left to right). It apparently genuinely shocks Annika to learn that she’s in second place (when the task begins, she’s only two points behind Sofie).
- Each contestant is stood behind a table upon which there is a wooden box with a hinged lid and a hole cut into the side facing the audience. Each box contains a different number of bananas.
