Task brief
The task brief is leant against a framed mirror on the table in the lab. The brief for the task is as follows:
Make the back of your head look like the front of a head.
You may not just make a mask.
You must demonstrate your new front of head in action.
Most characterful back/front head wins.
You have 15 minutes.
Your time starts won.
Task notes
- All of the text on the task brief is printed in reverse, so that it can be read in a mirror. However, the final word ‘now’ is also printed with the letters in reverse order (‘won’).
- The table is positioned against one wall of the lab, and also has a smaller handheld mirror laid upon it for the contestants’ use.
- A barbershop chair is positioned in the middle of the room, next to the table.
- A third, framed mirror is mounted on the opposite wall, behind the chair.
- This task is similar in nature to the ‘Make your face look like another face when it's upside-down’ task, but is categorised here as original due to the differences between them.
