Here's a brief description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on writing up some additional detail, though!
- David put one in a fruit bowl, taped one to the Taskmaster's portrait, and ate half of an aubergine, putting the other half down his trousers (but forgetting to do up his flies). Alex found the aubergines in 2 minutes.
- Ed hid one behind the pillar, broke one up and stuffed it into a sofa cushion, and crushed one into three baby head plant pots. Alex found the aubergines in 13 minutes and 53 seconds.
- Jo squashed one and put it under the rug, and put the other two behind the photo frame next to the door. Alex found the aubergines in 7 minutes and 38 seconds.
- Katy put one aubergine behind the Taskmaster's portrait and the other two in her hard hat, which she tried to hold casually. Alex found the aubergines in 5 minutes and 25 seconds.
