In this version of the task, the contestants have three minutes to create their animals, and are furnished with a broader range of craft supplies. While there are no disqualifications for creating the same animal as another contestant, there is a bonus points available for creating a unique one.

Task brief

The brief for the task is as follows:

Create a recognisable picture of an animal on the back of your T-shirt.

You must remain on your spot throughout the performance.

The best recognisable picture of an animal wins.

If you create an animal that no-one else has, you’ll get an extra point.

You have three minutes.

Your time starts on the Taskmaster’s signal.

Task notes

The contestants are lined up side-by-side on the stage, each standing behind a table and wearing a brand new, plain white T-shirt.
On each of the tables, the contestants have been provided with a stack of paper in various colours, a variety of tapes of various colours and widths, a toilet paper tube, some wool, some string, some pipe cleaners, some felt balls, a plastic capsule of some sort, and a pair of scissors.
