In this version of the task, the contestants must try to create the biggest and best join-the-dots image in a field, by placing numbered circular marker spots on the ground. The task is inadvertently complicated by the presence of a herd of horses.

Task brief

The task brief is found inside a wheeled shopping bag, in the middle of a field at Kennel Farm. The brief for the task is as follows:

Create the biggest and best dot-to-dot picture.

A shot down into a black cloth and wire shopping trolly. In is can be seen a round piece of white card with a black number '1' on it.

Task notes

  • The shopping bag also contains a stack of numbered circular marker spots, which the contestants must use to plot out their drawings across the field.
  • Alex clarifies with the contestants, after the task brief has been read, that they can indicate breaks in their lines by turning over circular markers.
  • The field is occupied by a herd of horses, which inadvertently complicates the task for the contestants.
