Here's a brief description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on writing up some additional detail, though!
- Aisling used cushions and her clothes to get to the fence, which she bowled the coconut under.
- Bob created stepping stones with a ream of paper and tried to throw the coconut out of the gate, missing and hitting it into the trees. He got the coconut 33 metres away.
- Mark got a piggyback ride from a soundman to the river, but then stepped on the ground to throw the coconut into the river. As he stepped on the ground, he was disqualified from the task.
- Nish got the backdoor where he threw the coconut, which hit an electrical post and bounced back to him. Despite being able to still reach the coconut, Nish gave up.
- Sally got Alex to take the coconut to the Post Office, from where she wanted him to send it to the Prime Minister of Fiji. However, it never left the Post Office, as coconuts are on the list of Fiji's restricted items. She got the coconut 1.1 miles away.
