Task brief

The actual text of the task brief is not known. The text below is paraphrased based on information disclosed in the episode:

Find your own doppelganger, or one for one of the other contestants, Atle, or Olli.

Task notes

  • The contestants have cameras strapped to their chests, and are sent out into the audience to find a doppelganger for themselves or one of the other cast members.
  • It is unclear how long they have to find someone - Atle just says they don't have long.
  • The doppelgangers are then brought up on stage with paper bags over their heads, so that they can be revealed one-by-one.

Attempts

Here's a description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to add later!

  • Live remains near the stage and looks up into the audience, searching for a doppelganger. She orders someone to stand up, so she can get a better look at them, reassuring them that she is normally much nicer, but is short on time. She then orders someone from the top level of balcony seating (who appears quite reluctant) to come down to the stage, which they eventually do, just making it in time. Live explains that she was originally looking out into the audience for doppelgangers for the other cast members, but then found her own. The young woman she then reveals clearly looks nothing like her, being much younger and prettier, and with lighter hair. In fact, the only things they appear to have in common is that they are both women wearing white. Atle comments that Live has solved the task only in her own head, and thought a little too highly of herself, awaring her fourth place. She pretends not to understand what he is talking about, with his criticism of her choice.
  • Martha makes her way up to the first balcony level of seating and finds a man whom she thinks resembles a cooler version of Olli. The main things the two men have in common appear to be their dark hair and beard. Atle awards a disappointed Martha last place for her effort, claiming that it's actually more of a criticism of Olli.
  • Kristoffer finds his way up to the first balcony level of seating, and squeezes past members of the audience, searching for a doppelganger. He eventually finds a man who he brings down to the stage as a doppelganger for Atle. There is definitely a resemblance between the two men, particularly in the face. Atle suggests that the resemblance would be much closer if he himself were to lose 20-25kg. Kristoffer earns first place for his selection, and a photo is then shown of Atle gazing adoringly at his lookalike.
  • Henriette finds a teenage girl who she thinks is a younger, prettier, smarter version of herself. It is then revealed that the girl is actually her daughter. Live jokingly protests that she was not aware that they were allowed to bring in their own doppelgangers. Henriette earns second place for choosing her own daughter.
  • Espen pulls a teenage boy out of the ground level seating, whom he thinks looks a little like himself. He notes that it's not always easy to remember one's own age, and that he still feels like a teenager sometimes. As he reveals the teenager's face, he adopts the voice of one of his more famous characters, who also happens to be a teenage boy. There is definitely a resemblance between the two, and the boy does a great job of imitating Espen's expression and gestures, which really sells the similarity. He earns third place for his effort.
