The initial task brief is presented in the kitchen, alongside a plate on which there is a single piece of popcorn. The follow-up task brief is presented on the table in the dining room, alongside three podcast microphones and headsets. The briefs for the task are as follows:
Choose a mildly interesting topic. One the whole team is exactly equally mildly interested in.
None of you may be more interested in the topic than anyone else.
Write down your topic on the paper, and go to the dining room.
You have three minutes.
Record a podcast about your topic.
Your podcast must be 20 minutes long.
You must not imply that the podcast is part of a task.
Best podcast wins.

- The task is scored by the Swedish entrepreneur and podcaster Alexander Pärleros.
- According to a member of the show’s production team, this task was first tried out during season 9, but was cut in favour of other team tasks. The team consisting of Lotta, Nour, and Torbjorn recorded a podcast about veganism, while the team consisting of Eric, Marie, and Olof recorded a podcast about animals.
