Attempts

Here's a description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to add later!

  • Inês brings in wet wipes, which she claims are the best thing in the world when one is in a bathroom that does not have a bidet. Vasco awards Inês last place, as the wipes are easily obtained in just about every store.
  • Gilmário says that as he tours a lot, he watches a lot of media on his phone during his travel time. He once saw a child utilising his prize, and stole the idea for himself: a (unicorn) neck pillow, onto which he has mounted a mobile phone holder. Vasco awards Gilmário second place.
  • Jessica continues the trend of bathroom-related prizes, and submits a bottle of post-poo drops, which quickly disperse (or at least cover up) any smells left behind from using the toilet. Nuno points out that the drops are particularly exotic, as the entire bottle is written in French. Vasco awards Jessica third place.
  • Toy declares that what has changed his life for the better the most is his granddaughter. He offers up his granddaughter’s first baby tooth (in a necklace) as a representation of his entry. Vasco awards Toy third place.
  • Inês brings in a nose hair trimmer. She says that she films a lot of romantic scenes, and it can be awkward to have a booger stuck in one’s nose hair, especially since generally people do not point out when someone has a booger present in their nose. Vasco awards Inês fourth place, as nose hair trimmers can be bought in many places.
