Task brief

The brief for the task is as follows:

Build the tallest soap tower.

When you build, you must enthusiastically make the sound David asked the person before you to do.

If the sound is inaccurate, unenthusiastic, or takes too long to start, David will topple your tower.

You have 120 seconds.

Highest tower wins.

Your time starts when David asks his first question.

Task notes

The contestants are each stood behind a table on the stage.
Behind them is a bathtub full of wet bars of soap.

Here's a description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to add later!

Marko does not have any problems making the correct sounds. He starts building two soap towers, but eventually combines them into one single, tall tower. Marko’s 21-soap tower earns him third place.
Nikki gathers several bars of soap at a time by using her trouser leg. She gets her initial sound wrong, but had not started building, so David had nothing to knock down. She passes the next round, but David knocks her tower down during the final round. She manages to build a small tower before time runs out. Nikki’s two-soap tower earns her last place.
Måns does not have any problems making the correct sounds. He builds a tall soap tower and a second tower, half its size, next to it. Måns’ 25-soap tower earns him first place.
Henrik gets his initial sound wrong, so David knocks down his tower. Henrik says that he doesn’t understand the task, but by the time his next turn comes around, he seems to have picked up on what he is meant to do. He manages to build a tall tower before time runs out. Henrik’s 22-soap tower earns him second place.
Linnéa does not have any problems making the correct sounds. When she is required to make the noise that Babben makes, she declares, “…and that is how we play ‘Build with Soap!'”, much to Babben’s amusement. When she is required to make the sound of the Lion King, she quotes Mufasa’s line, “Everything the light touches is our kingdom.” Linnéa builds a mid-sized tower before time runs out. Her 13-soap tower earns her fourth place.
