In this version of the task, the actual task brief to be completed is found inside the annex shed, while there are another 99 dummy task briefs pegged to a washing line in the form of an arrow, pointing at the shed. None of these dummy task briefs are written in foreign languages, but they do all contain clues directing the contestants to visit the shed. The actual task to be completed is to peg all of the task briefs to the washing line.

The initial task brief is on a Taskmaster-branded marker spot in the garden, near the pool. 99 almost identical task briefs are pegged to a washing line in the garden, in the form of a giant arrow. The 100th and actual task brief to be completed is trapped in a butterfly net in the annex shed. The briefs for the task are as follows:

Task notes

The giant arrow is pointing directly towards the annex shed.
On each task brief, one of the letters ‘a’, ‘n’, ‘e’, ‘x’, or ‘o’ is underlined. When combined in the right order, these letters spell out the word ‘anexo’, hinting that the real task brief may be found in the annex.
This is the second version of the task to appear on Taskmaster PT– the first having appeared in season 4, episode 1.
