The brief for the task is as follows:
Build a bridge over the stream using only things found on this table.
Tallest bridge wins.
The bridge must support the weight of the potato.
You have 20 minutes.

Task notes
- The contestants enter the lab to find a miniature model of the Taskmaster house on the table, featuring a shallow stream, plastic animals, and a potato.
- The items provided on the surface of the table for them to construct a bridge from include matches, drinking straws, uncooked spaghetti, chewing gum, and playing cards.
- There is a button on their side of the table, which lights up a sign on the far side of the table, which reads 'Regarde sous la table' [Look under the table].
- The same text also appears in plain sight above the doorway to the lab, behind them.
- Also, the small boat in the stream on the model has 'Debaixo da mesa' painted on it, which is the same clue in Portuguese.
- Attached to the underside of the table are a pair of scissors, a roll of masking tape, and a number of wooden lollipop sticks.
