Task brief

The brief for the task is as follows:

Guess the movie that your team-mate is saying.

Your team-mate can only say the first three letters of each word of the movie title.

Most movies in each round wins.
The cast of UK series 17 standing on the studio stage. In the centre of the stage, Alex Horne stands next to a puppet theatre booth a white screen across the booth stage. There's a hole in the centre of the booth screen.

Task notes

  • The contestants are grouped together on either side of the stage in their teams.
  • In the middle of the stage, there is a puppet theatre booth, with a stretchy white fabric screen mounted in front of what would normally be the stage area.
  • The screen has a hole cut into it, through which the contestants take turns in poking their heads.
  • Alex holds the cards with both the full names of the movies and the bits the contestants are allowed to say in front of their faces.
  • In the third and final round of the task, the contestants may only say the last three letters of each word in the title.
