The briefs for the task are as follows:
Drive 11 complete laps without leaving the cart.
Every lap, a rule will be added.
Rule 1: the cart must remain in motion and below 8km per hour at all times.
Each time a rule is broken, 100 seconds will be added to your time.
Fastest wins.
Your time starts when Paul drops his flag.
Rule 2: swap all shoes at the start of each lap.
Rule 3: put one duck in the bath every lap.
Rule 4: high-five Paul and exclaim a new catchphrase every time you pass him.
Rule 5: honk your horn exactly once every minute for all remaining laps.
Rule 6: cool lap. Everyone must wear shades for this lap.
Rule 7: make Paul a decadent sandwich during his lap.
Rule 8: scream 'This is fun!' in unison exactly once every minute for your remaining laps.
Rule 9: one contestant must have a mouthful of sparkling water for this lap.
Rule 10: everyone must stay still and make minimal noise for this lap.
Rule 11: at the end of this final lap, honk your horn exactly 21 times.
Task notes
- The contestants come out into the grounds of the Taskmaster house to find a circular course marked out on the lawn, and a golf cart.
- Paul stands behind a plinth at the start of the course, with a tub full of items relating to subsequent parts of the task, and there is a bathtub set up halfway around.
- Sam Smith, chief task writer for the show, revealed on Twitter that the task, as originally written, required the contestants to drive an actual car, but it was soon determined that would be too dangerous.
- He also revealed that the production team's internal codename for the task was 'The Slow And The Furious'.

Here's a brief description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on writing up some additional detail, though!
- Chris and Paul kept driving past the new rules, so had to keep making a u-turn, one of which caused the ducks in the back of the cart to fall off. This meant that they had to keep turning by the caravan to retrieve ducks, at one point crashing the cart into the caravan. They completed the 11 laps in 11 minutes and 27 seconds, but they broke 15 rules, so their final time was 36 minutes and 27 seconds, receiving 2 points each.
- Josh, Justine and Kura worked well as a team, with Kura driving and Josh in the back grabbing the task. They completed the 11 laps in 14 minutes and 16 seconds, but they broke 9 rules, so their final time was 29 minutes and 16 seconds, receiving 3 points each.
